I had wanted to make an "Art Quilt" for some time, but found the vast array of choices daunting, when it comes to quilting. All those colors! And the patterns! and then the stitching...? I couldn't figure out what to do. Then one winter day I found myself in a beautiful white-on-white landscape that I wanted to savor and preserve through art, and I knew I had the pattern, color family, and stitching guide for my quilt, right there before me.
