The title of this collage is a pun, since it drove me crazy while I was making it! And, how crazy is it, to make a paper quilt? And to spend so much time, just for the 'fun of it'? Days and weeks went by, while I was immersed in the paper: sorting, grading, arranging by color and pattern, before I ever started gluing. I thought a simple "square in a square" pattern would be not too challenging, while I learned the process. Oh, but the possibilities! for arranging and rearranging... How I can get lost!
