This is a traditional hand woven wool tapestry picture.  It reflects the scenery in the area where I live, and the plowed hills that change and yet remain the same through the seasons.  The folds of the valleys recede into the distance and draw my thoughts further and further away.  The forming of the landscape is written on the eroded hills, and I am conscious of how short a history the cultivation has, and how the land itself has been here for eons.
