It was the most amazing adventure... a last minute bargain travel price... we went to Hong Kong, for the Chinese New Year. I have travelled far, but never that far, to such an exotic and interesting place. The city exploded in celebration, and yet it was all so orderly and civilized. I came away with a deep admiration for the culture there. As I watched the fireworks cascading in the skies above me, surrounded by neighbors of all nations, I wept just to be there, and be so lucky to experience such a thing.
